Using the Ariem Method for Living™ we’ll experience 8 days dedicated to Presence, Play, and Pleasure.

We'll pause in reverence for a sacred cacao ceremony (this is as “woo” as we’ll get), followed by a candlelit sound healing session to experience a new level of bliss.
✓ For Play…
We'll adventure to La Fortuna for some shopping, followed by connection over a delicious lunch, and finish with a dip in the soothing hot springs of Ecotermales.
✓ For Pleasure…
We'll connect to our feminine sensuality on a sunset Catamaran Cruise, where you're invited to come alive through the rhythm of dance to vibrant latino music.

Your Retreat Leader
Lisa is honored and excited to be YOUR host in Costa Rica! Her main focus at the retreat will be facilitating workshops and ensuring that each attendee is held and supported throughout the week in whatever way they may need.
When Lisa isn't supporting others through her Ariem offerings, she works as a creative lead in a Top 10 Fortune 500 company. She finds deep fulfillment in supporting her team of UX/UI and product designers in order to make a meaningful difference in the American healthcare space!
Lisa is a certified Life Activation Practitioner, Healer, and Kabbalist in the ancient Lineage of King Solomon. She is also a Max Meditation System™ facilitator, and part of the PeaceLove CREATOR program (which offers non-profit expressive arts workshops to support mental health).
She loves exploring and weaving together aspects of Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, 9 Star Ki, Enneagram, and Gallup’s CliftonStrengths! Not only has this supported her own growth… but it also aids Lisa in connecting with others on a deeper level through their unique gifts and qualities.

AIRFARE
Your airfare to and from Costa Rica (LIR - Liberia, Costa Rica airport) is NOT included and must be booked and paid for separately
WELLNESS THERAPIES
Optional wellness therapies at Mystica Lodge & Retreats (such as Massage, Reiki Energy Healing, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Soul Coaching, etc.) are NOT included but can be booked and paid for separately
SPECIALTY BEVERAGES
Special beverages (beer, wine, specialty coffees, & fruit smoothies) are NOT part of your package and will need to be paid for separately, and we ask that alcoholic beverages be limited to 2 per day

The Ariem Retreat™ has been 7 years in the making… and finally is coming to fruition in its perfect and divinely timed way!
Lisa’s own experience with burnout and the breakthrough on the other side, led to her “spiritual awakening”, and unleashed a new level of purpose in her life.
The puzzle pieces began coming together slowly in 2021 and grown steadily since then. 2025 has proven to be the most INSPIRING year yet for her as she sets out with full conviction on her path of service!

Your Retreat Assistant
At The Ariem Retreat, Kait will be supporting Lisa by facilitating the majority of the Life Activation sessions for attendees throughout the week. Since she is a skilled Ritual Master, she'll also be providing negative energy clearing sessions for everyone on arrival day, so we can start the week in an energetically clean and clear state!
When Kait isn't facilitating healing sessions, she's an accomplished corporate leader. She currently works as a Director for a Cancer Diagnostics company, and holds both an M.S. in Molecular Biology and an MBA.
Kait Rees is a certified Life Activation Practitioner, Healer, Kabbalist and 2nd Step Ritual Master, in the ancient Lineage of King Solomon. Through her certifications, she is able to offer over 15 deep spiritual healings.
On a more personal note… she's known for her cooking, but says she doesn't have a creative bone in her body. She's a Generator 1/4 with Sacral Authority in Human Design, which pairs beautifully with Lisa's wildly creative 3/5 Emotional Manifestor energy.
